re-affirms this sovereign American Citizens unalienable Right to have
the means of protecting and defending the life, liberty, and property, of
ones self, ones family, and ones friends, with out restriction as to type,
size, or quantity of, and with out registration of, any arms in His/Her
possession, concealed or not.
